  6. Wow! Thanks for this episode - I will enjoy "getting to know" some fresh faces! Some of these I already know and love, and others I'm excited to discover.

So, you also asked for comments linking you up to blogs your listeners are digging right now. Well, let me tell you about Cara Vincens. Oh my goodness, I can't get enough of her blog! She's a featured scrapper on the Layout a Day Challenge, and her style is similar to those you described on this show. Very fun, bright colors, great design. She uses a lot of white backgrounds, and she makes her own printables and cut files. But the single most stand-out unique thing, I think, is that she HAND WRITES her blog! You have got to check her out - I think she'll be a new fave. Her website is called The Hooting Pirate, and you can find her at http://vincens.typepad.com/

    2. wow! Lisa, I am so flattered that you came here and said such wonderful things about my blog! You are so sweet!:D Tracie, I'm so estastic that you like my little corner of the internet ;) Of course Lisa wouldn't mention her own blog! She inspires reader to use kits and make their own from their stash. My favourite post are her mojo Mondays when she shares fabulous pinterest finds. The way she categorises them is so inspiring because she guides us how to use them! http://mykreativepursuits.com

  7. I really enjoyed this podcast and checking out some fresh faces. I am really loving Nicole Reaves style lately. She is on the Studio Calico Creative Team and works mainly with Project Life. I love how she incorporates digital elements and lots of journaling in all of her pocket pages. She has also been creating more layouts lately and everything she creates is very story and photo based. She also makes fabulous mini books.

  8. scrapgals, i'm digging the new webpage! you both have given me a fresh scrappbooking perspective.with your podcasts. i'm into artsy, (yes, i mean messy) type stuff. i'm partial to handwritten journaling. i enjoy sketches, or looking at a layout to see if i can scraplift the design i like http://hipkitblog.wordpress.com/. they show a variety of designers. sometimes they have sketches, cards, & process videos. i recently discovered http://clickychickcreates.com/. she's another designer featured in lain's current LOAD class. connie'e a photographer. she has fantastic photos. i'm drawn to her page compositions. she has an artist's eye. i follow http://paperheartproject.blogspot.com/. jamie takes a lot of classes (just like i do), and she explores these styles in her layouts. i can tell she's passionate about her hobby. tiffany you are the selfie queen. tracie, i think you should sing on all the podcasts (like you did in this one), i adore it. the end.

  9. The blog that I check the most often would have to be Shimelle. She is on maternity leave right now, so there are many guest posts. However, she does wonderful videos; she scraps upside down for the camera! She has videos, sketches, page starter ideas, and just lots and lots of inspiration. She is great with layering and clusters too.
