Episode 33: The Whole Truth and Nothing But?

Do your scrapbooks reflect an accurate portrayal of your life? Do they show the brightest and best moments or include a more realistic picture of life as you know it? We'll discuss the pros and cons of recording life as it truly is vs. how we want to remember it.

Here are three ways to listen...
1) ScrapGals on Podomatic
2) ScrapGals on iTunes
3) Right here on this player...

So tell us - do your pages reflect the truth of your life or just the best parts?

Thanks for listening!

  1. Your podcast today reminded me of an idea I read about not too long ago. I can't remember which blog I found it on, but she got the idea from here: . Between your podcast and that blog you definitely have me thinking I need to scrap more of the not so happy stuff. I usually don't because I don't want to remember it! I suppose I should include some of it...for posterity and all.

I would love to come to your event, it sounds fun but I live to far away. If you ever host an event in the Pacific NW count me in.

  2. very interested in the event y'all are planning and i have a couple of friends that are interested as well!

  3. Great topic! I have many thoughts churning in my head!
Am planning on attending the event! Wouldn't miss it!

  4. I'm another listener that would love it if you came to the PNW. I kinda wish I still lived in Atlanta:)

  5. I would love to attend the event also, but I am also in the PNW. It just isn't feasible for me at this time, although I would love to see the South someday. I (as usual) really enjoyed this episode. Life just sucks sometimes and I think showing your kids how you got through the bad times is just as important as showing them what the happy times were. Thanks for sharing with all 1500 of us your inner most stuff!

  6. I know you love LOVE love OA. So I saw this deal and thought of you guys. It a school theme to boot ;)

  7. I would attend an event close to St. Louis or possibly near you in the summer.
