Episode 48: Scrapbooking on a Budget

This week we're discussing ways to stay within a scrapbooking budget. We all need to buy some things and we want to buy other things. We'll talk about how we can do that without breaking the bank!

Here are three ways to listen...

1) ScrapGals on Podomatic
2) ScrapGals on iTunes
3) Right here on this player....

My Creative Corner - you MUST check this blog out for great design inspiration! The most recent posts are not in English but others recently are but you will be inspired by just the pictures! (Here's a translator if you want to put some of the text in and translate it.)

We know there are other great sites to save money, like Peachy Cheap and Scrapbook Steals, etc. but to be honest, those sites encourage us to SPEND more, not SAVE more! :) So we didn't really want to direct our listeners to places like that, although you can find incredible deals there. Deals too good to pass up most of the time and then you'll need to listen to this show again!

Thanks for listening!

  2. Thank you!! I knew there was a way to do that but I didn't remember it was right-clicking! I'll add that to the show notes.

  3. Actually that didn't work for me. It was in gray and wouldn't let me click it.

  4. Loved this episode! I think subscribing to a kit club is a great way to save money because you still get your "fix" of new stuff, but it's not very expensive - and you can plan on a fixed amount each month. :)

  5. Our Wal-Mart carries large packs of white & black cardstocks made by Colorbok... I don't know if yours carries the same brands let alone similar products, but perhaps this is the cardstock you were discussing.
