Episode 92: December Daily

This week, we're talking to our friend, Marie Lottermoser, about her incredible December Daily albums! Marie's albums are filled with stunning photos, vintage images, banners, tiny pockets and unexpected treasures. We'll discuss how to document days with no holiday activities, what to do with too many photos, why we love this project and much more!

  2. Finally listened to this podcast. I wasn't sure if I was going to because I also didn't feel like a DD album would make any sense for me at this time of my life. It's been a year of big changes that will affect our Christmas so I've decided to make one and look for the good and the not so good that comes with these changes. It will be my first DD album too!!

  3. A little late following up on this one, but just wanted to chime in and let Tiffany know that for the type of stories you mentioned preferring to tell ("december memories highlights") you might *really* love Shimelle's Journal Your Christmas class. It's a different mindset from Ali's December Daily, and seems right in line with what you're considering. There are daily prompts but the expectation isn't to necessarily scrap daily - or if you do, it can be a lot more like what you described "christmas story #1", "december story #2", etc. It's a great mix of reflecting back on favorite memories/meaningful traditions & capturing some of the current holiday spirit if you want. And once you join once, you get unlimited access every subsequent year even when she does major revamps to the content, without ever having to pay for the class again.
