Episode 112: Listener Feedback

This week, we spotlight some listener comments from our blog! We read and respond to feedback from several of our recent shows, get into a deep conversation about being true to ourselves on the show and end the show with a debate on negativity in our scrapbooks. This is a deep and thoughtful show with a fair share of lighthearted moments.

Thanks so much for listening! Have a great day!

  1. Hey, thanks for reading my comment!! I didn't recognize my name at first because it's pronounced with three syllables (De-ann-a, but obviously no big deal!) and it was a while ago, but! I am STILL binge listening to the "Southern Hilarity"!! In fact, now I've added watching Jen Schow's videos to my binge consumption and my head is bursting with ideas for pages. Now I just need more time to make them a reality. Thanks again, ladies!

  2. So fun to hear the comments, and my own X) I think scraping the hard stuff is, well hard but I have done it more and more.I think it is good in the moment, to just sitt down and think about it but also looking back later. I try to see my "sickness" as a journey and some layout are quite dark and mood and some more happy when I feel better. I hope that these pages will help me later on when I may not feel so good, to know I'm strong.
Would love to hear you talk about scraping the heard stuff, like a sickness or health problems.
    Love Julia

  3. I listen through an app, but decided to "hunt you down" because I had something important to say. At one point (I think it was in this episode) you mention something about PRT being THE BEST scrappy podcast, and I wanted you to know that I totally DISAGREE. I love yours WAY MORE!!! (nope, I'm not kidding)...I feel like your podcast and the 2 of you are always super real. I feel like we are already friends, even though we've never met.

    1. I totally agree. I've tried to listen to other crafty/scrappy podcasts, and this is the best one.

  5. I'm not on Facebook anymore so wanted to come here to comment on this episode. I was totally captivated by your deep & meaningful conversation at the end about negativity in scrapbooks. I can see where both of you are coming from. Sometimes I approach it like Tracie, sometimes Tiffany. I think it depends on my mood and also if I'm going through something hard at the time. I'd like more honesty in my scrapbooks but also don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. But I think it can be achieved. Thanks for a wonderful episode. My favourites are when it's just the two of you talking without a guest. :-)
