  6. So inspiring to hear that if you make a mistake you can just turn the page and begin again!

  7. I originally wasn't going to listen to this week's show b/c I don't art journal but I had to have my scrap gals fix. Wow! I'm so glad I listened! I have thought about trying to art journal but it is overwhelming and I have no idea where to start. The advice of just start or there are no rules, isn't helpful to a type A person like me. I need some direction. I already signed up for the free course on their site and am anxious to get messy! Thanks for this episode and for the chance to win!

  9. I have started an Art Journal and keep getting discouraged that my pages are not perfect. I don't usually cover them up because I keep hoping to look back and see what I can do to fix them but I just get discouraged. I am going to check out Get Messy. This episode really inspired me to get out that journal and try again.

  15. Such an interesting episode! I have bought all the things to start art journaling but I just haven't actually gotten the courage to dive in and do it. Listening to the podcast has given me a kick in the pants to sign up for the introductory course and maybe actually get started.

  17. I liked how the art journals were discussed as a way to discuss your week vs a pristine scrappy page that doesn't give emotion of real life. Maybe I need to buy a beret?

  18. I loved this conversation - fabulous guests as always!

  19. I have did some pages in the past and loved it but I seem to only turn to this kind of art only when I am going through an emotional time. I would love to be part of their GM family to pick the creative members "brains" so I could do this during an time instead of the hard time.
